There are so many free templates and printables out there for party planning. I know, because I’ve probably used all of them.

Having planned so many parties in the last few years, I’ve finally sat down and created my own. It’s not that the other printables weren’t good. It’s that if you have a large group of family and friends, like I do, you need a guest list slot that is looooong.

In addition, I added a few other things that I thought were helpful. I didn’t want to have to make another printable for myself in the future, so I decided to knock it all out with this one hit. After I was done the light bulb went off in my head: “Someone else might want something like this! I should share it. Just in case.”

So here it is, from me to you, all for free.

Included is the following:

  • Guest list
  • Guest tracking of adults and children
  • Budget tracking
  • Venue information
  • Tables and seating information
  • Miscellaneous section, for things like bounce houses, etc.
  • Menu, including the option for a potluck party
  • Entertainment (Band, Comedian, Character)
  • Games
  • Shopping lists
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Notes

I also left blank spaces in every section to add in more items… because every party requires it’s own options!

Are you like me, throwing a lot of parties? What do you look for in a party planning sheet?
